Custom and Made-to-Order
Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return per Article 103.c of Spanish
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a purchase for standard products. Items must be
unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Shipping
International shipping is available. Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 3-7 business days
A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped.
Orders with Different Timelines
Orders containing items with different production or delivery timelines may be shipped
together or in partial shipments.
Returns

Preorder Products
Delivery timelines for preorder products are estimates. Delays arising from artisanal
production processes do not imply grounds for order cancellation.

Many of our products are handcrafted. Production timelines may vary due to the artisanal
nature of our work. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Differences Between Final Product and Images
Minor variations between the final product and website images (such as color, texture, or
finish) may occur due to the handmade nature of our garments and are not considered defects.
International Taxes and Duties
Customs duties, import taxes, and any other local fees are the sole responsibility of the
customer.
International Shipping and Customs Delays
House of Luis de Javier S.L. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or
inspections.
Order Cancellation
House of Luis de Javier S.L. reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing
errors, product unavailability, payment incidents, or suspected fraud.
Shipping Address Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. House
of Luis de Javier S.L. is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect address

Refused International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient, return shipping costs and any
applicable fees may be deducted from the refund.
Limited Edition Products
Limited edition products are produced in restricted quantities. Availability is not
guaranteed and sales are final once confirmed.
Custom Garment Requests
Submitting a custom garment request does not constitute an automatic purchase. All custom
orders are subject to confirmation and approval by House of Luis de Javier S.L.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
