Shipping
All orders are shipped internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, you will
receive a tracking email with shipment details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Orders containing items with different
production timelines may be shipped together or in partial shipments. House of Luis de
Javier S.L. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or inspections.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any other local fees for orders outside the EU are the
sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return standard products. To be
eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In perfect condition
- In their original packaging
Custom & Made-to-Order Exception
Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return per Article 103.c of Spanish
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This includes any garment produced specifically to your
measurements or specifications.
